February 15, 2020 - Armstrong Finishes Fifth in AZ Dirt Track Tour Standings
On Tuesday night Drew Armstrong returned with the AZ Dirt Track Tour at Central Arizona Speedway (Casa Grande, Arizona) for the fourth round of the mini-series. Jumping up one spot in his heat, Armstrong captured an 8-lap heat race victory, which positioned him on the pole for the feature. Hanging on to a Top-10 finish, Drew dropped seven spots to place 8th.

Returning to action on Friday afternoon at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona), Drew secured his spot into the main event with a heat race win. Passing two cars in the 25-lap feature, Armstrong scored a 5th place finish behind Ricky Thornton Jr., Jeff Taylor, Alex Stanford, and Chaz Baca.

For the final round of the AZ Dirt Track Tour on Saturday, Armstrong started the night off with a heat race victory, locking his spot into the finale. Improving one spot in the 25-lap affair, Drew notched a 3rd place finish behind Ricky Thornton Jr. and Alex Stanford with Jake O’Neil and Chaz Baca trailing them to the checkers.

February 9, 2020 - Podium Finish in Second Round of AZ Dirt Track Tour
Drew Armstrong made the trip to Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona) on Friday evening to kick off the 4th annual AZ Dirt Track Tour. Drawing a stout field of 52 IMCA Modifieds, Drew edged his way into the opening night feature with a 4th place finish in his heat. Dropping four spots in the 25-lap affair, Armstrong logged a 16th place outing.

The following night, Armstrong jumped up one spot in his heat to pick up the 8-lap victory over Ricky Thornton Jr. Starting on the pole for the feature, Drew fell two spots to place 3rd behind Thornton Jr. and Chaz Baca with Casey Arneson and D.J. Shannon rounding out the Top-5.

On Sunday Drew headed to Central Arizona Speedway (Casa Grande, Arizona) for the third round of the tour. Starting the night off with an 8-lap heat race victory, Armstrong locked into the 12th-starting position for the A-Main. He was one of five cars that failed to finish the 25-lapper.
